Chardonnay from the same North East facing vineyard in Kuitpo we sourced purple slurple.
Whilst at the bar I have always been intrigued by the semi oxidative styles of Jura but loved the acid driven expressions of Chablis, so here we barrel fermented the small batch ferments & made 30% of the yield in an oxidative style under flor, blending together for bottling.
