Atypical of South Australian Shiraz, I had always enjoyed the examples from Languedoc whilst at the wine bar & so have tried to emulate this style light & juicy with crunchy acid, try it with a bit of chill from the fridge, but not for too long.
Farmed by Fiona Wood on a North facing site high in Kuitpo at 415m sandy loam over limestone.
